Commission Process

1.

Find an artist who's work you love. Is that me? Great, read on...I will do my best to make this as enjoyable and easy as possible.

2.

Take a look at my gallery, testimonials and price list - are we a good match? Super, go to Step 3...

3.

Drop me a line, message me on Facebook, or give me a call for a no obligation chat. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours or earlier.

4.

I'll ask you about your lovely pet, discuss size options, confirm the price and book you a slot on my order book. We'll also talk about when your portrait will be ready.

Need your portrait by a certain date? Let me know and I'll do everything I can to help.

(Not sure or not the right time? No problem - you can come back to me at any point)

5.

When you're next on my order book, I'll ask you to email me your pet reference photos. Not sure what to send? Take a look at my guide.

6.

You'll get to choose your portrait background (don't worry if you're not sure - I can advise). I'll send you an under-drawing for you to approve before I go into any detail. Want to make a change? That's fine - we'll work together to get it just right.

7.

Each portrait takes anything from 15 to 30 hours to complete. I'll send you regular updates so there are no "suprises". You'll receive a final photo of the finished piece to approve. My guarantee to you? If you don't love it, you don't pay for it. I will simply keep the piece for my portfolio.

8.

Once the final portrait is approved, I'll send you double picture mount options for you to choose from. Your portrait will be scanned, mounted and carefully packaged - ready to go. You'll have the option of adding a pet name plate to your portrait and ordering greeting cards featuring your pet portrait too!

9.

You'll receive an invoice with payment details. You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash (if collecting). Your portrait will be sent via a tracked & insured delivery service.

10.

Voila! Your bespoke pet portrait will reach you in perfect conditon and will hopefully be a treasured picture for many years to come.
